I said George Allen, since not many (if any) would say him.

Cowher with Levy being a very close second.

I'm surprised there are so many votes for Cowher and so few for Levy.

Marv Levy, but I'm biased.

Probably because Levy lost 4 straight despite having a super team.

2 of which came to perhaps the best team of all time (dalls cowboys), and another because of scott norwood. Cowher got there once.

Jim Kelly, Andre Reed, Thurman Thomas, Bruce Smith, James Lofton, Cornelius Bennett, etc.
Man, if only Cowher had all that talent on his roster...

Anyway, I'm voting Cowher. This will be his 6th AFC championship in 12 seasons. In 14 years, he's only had 4 non-playoff teams, and 3 losing teams. That's amazing consistency, plus he's done it with plenty of roster turnover and (until last year) without a franchise QB.
