Have you seen the new Watashi Wa (Eager Seas)? If not, you should go out to see them when they are around your areas. They put on a really great show.

Watashi Wa broke up....lead singer formed Eager Seas, but due to contract reasons they have to release another album on Tooth and Nail as Watashi Wa. I think, I'm not 100% sure. I remember reading it somewhere vaguely.

i think with every watashi wa news post you guys should post the situation behind the whole watashi wa/eager seas mix-up. it has been many months since watashi wa became eager seas, then eager seas went back to watashi wa and people are still confused and screwing it up.

tooth and nail didn't want to put out the record as eager seas because they didn't think it would sell. the record's been getting pushed back forever, so the guys finally just said whatever so they could get out of the contract and go somewhere else.

I loved the old watashi wa as well, but as per THIS release that will be coming out I love what I hear so far. What's in a name but hype, right? I like it, I will purchase this from what I hear. Keep em coming.

I totally agree with you. I can't wait for this new album to come out. It's unfortunate that this happened to them, but none-the-less I'm sure the album will still be amazing.
