So, Clark Kellog finally takes the time to look at mid-majors, but does a poor job.

I mean, basically he covers the very obvious teams outside of the mainstays, but it's a small start. I am hoping something like this starts conversation why the smaller conferences are scary this year.

Anyone who doesn't mention Air Force in their conversation is foolish, and well, Clark Kellogg doesn't, so I still see his analysis as flawed, but it is a start

I think in the next week or two Albany could emerge as a mid-major powerhouse. They're only 10-6, but have won 9 of the last 10, and have two losses against top 25 teams (i.e. not a weak schedule). One of those games included an 8 point loss to UCLA, whom they led until close to the end of the game.
