when you click you want to do it again, they change the symbols to where it has to be what you want it to be.

Every time to add the two digits and subtract from the original two-digit number, the outcome is a multiple of 9. Each symbol for every multiple of 9 is the same. The symbols for 99 and 90 are not the same as the other symbols for multiples of 9. However, having 99 or 90 as a result is impossible using the rules given. The symbols change every time you go another round.
