The White Stripes (http://www.thewhitestripes.com)will be appearing on an episode of The Simpsons soon. It will be called "Jazzy And The Pussycats" and features Jack and Meg playing themselves, meeting up with Bart (who is trying to become a jazz drummer) in a parody of their video "The Hardest Button to Button". No details on an air date have been announced yet.

I really really don't like this band. I'm so confused as to why Jack White gets so much attention as a guitarist.

lets see. beacuse he is fucking amazing. Listen to Ball and A biscuit. There singles are all a poor demonstration of his skill, but no one can listen to Elephant and say he is unworthy of his attention.

the white stripes are the shit! all of their albums are great IMO. another thing- did you hear that jack makes all the people that travel with him wear a suit and some sort of hat? that is so cool i cant even explain it.

I like The White Stripes. I don't like how people don't like them just because of Meg. They play more blues than rock, so it doesn't matter if she does crazy fills or beats. She doesn't need to. Anyways, I hope that this will be good. The Simpsons episodes haven't been as good as they used to be lately...makes me sad.

remember when the guest stars on the Simpsons would actually act as a random Springfielders or such? LIke Glenn Close being Homer's mom, and Dustin Hoffman as the sub. teacher? They all out of ideas now.
