Who's the best free kick stricker for you ?
I think Roberto Carlos used to be one of the greatest, Juniho is really awesome, and Ronaldinho too.

my friend did a project on soccer, and showed footage of a free kick beckham did. its amazing how he bends the ball around "the wall" as its called.

I think that Van Hoidonk used to bend it more than Beckham, but was not so reglar in his strike.
Beckham had the highest goal passes rate in the world !

Dida Agree, Ac Milan for ever!
This generation of goalkepper isn't so good.
remember the one before, with Kopke, Taffarel, Van Der Sar, Schmeichel, Victor Baia, Seaman ...

rember Campos who's the forvet goal kepper !
Really the best GK generation ever !
Ok, so for my first post, I think you guys should see this:

It is the legendary Gianfranco Zola, who most prominantly played for Chelsea, scoring a classic against Norwich City. Watch the slow motion replay, marvel at the skill.

Those were the days. as much as i didn't like Schmeichel, he was one of the best keepers ever! Van Der Sar - one of my all time favorite keepers-liked him even more because he's dutch!
One of favorite keepers is toldo. he was in Euro 2000 squad for italy, if it wasn't for him, Italy wouldn't have gotten to the final.

Yep, he was the third GK, and really unpopular in Italy, because he played at Fiorentina. And after he became a hero :D
But during this championship he was really impressive. Even against France at the final he was great.
I can't believe no one has mentioned Thierry Henry for best free kick taker. Easily the best in England. Roberto Carlos is knocking on a bit now.
As for best Goal keeper....Petr Cech here in England but in the world, on reputation....Buffon or Casillas.

Henry i thought about mentioning, but realize he doesnt have many free kicks taken, he is a GREAT player and has suck good control and field presents. i have 50 clips or so if any one wants to see them the Liverpool is the best one i think along with Beckhams kick against Greece in the 93rd minute, i cant seem to show them to you guys [ i need some help, might be to large of file] i tryed attachments but know luck.
