Kaddisfly (http://kaddisfly.com/) recorded their first demo for their upcoming CD, Set Sail The Prairie, yesterday. The update is below:
yesterday we recorded the first rough demos for our new album titled 'set sail the prairie'. the result has been enlightening and positive. it was fantasic to meet up with mr. crummet and hang out for the day. he came and set up shop in our less then attaquite practice space, but made it rule nonetheless. 9.5 of the 12 were recorded, with the remainder needing to be hashed out by us. no these demos will not be posted anywhere.....in due time.....patience is key! hopefully we will able to do this whole process 2 more times before we begin the actual record. at this point, my best decription for what the record will sound like is "strong". the rhythms, the tones, the ideas are all very present and acounted for. we do, however, have a lot of work to do still. christopher has started with the preliminary artwork and all is going smooth.
be good, and we are going to stay cooped up for a little while longer. i can't wait for this to be heard.....
