hahaha ick i hope its not a scene thing, i really can't answer you there man i haven't really heard of that website before now. i plan on being a chef, so i do read food and wine magazine a lot and i have noticed that designer cupcakes are really en vogue right now, maybe it has something to do with that. there are usually trends like this in food every couple of years. i actually really hate the idea of these fancy cupcakes (http://www.sprinkles.com/) like seriously? $4 a piece? I'm all for creativity but cupcakes used to be so un-pretensious and this frankly bothers me. when i made this poll i had just made a box cake and was curious what everyone's favorites are.
