but for someone to emmulate his sheer perfection will be an amazing feet

I would much rather see Franco in the role, if they cast Pattinson it will turn into a tween girl hottness fest and that is not what they want for an accomplished musician like Buckley.

Yeah but Franco's got better acting chops though. I think a dedicated actor like him could take on the musical aspect of the role.

I bet Jared Leto would kill a baby to get this roll. I love Franco but I can't picture him portraying Buckley... His voice, facial expressions and mannerisms would all have to completely change. If Christian Bale were 10 years younger I think he would be pretty great for the roll. I always thought Jeff looked like the main character in the movie Sleepers.
