Finally a well thought out, and non-bashing way to say that this album is not the best by is by means not bad.

I liked 'One for the Kids' alot better so far than the new album. And how can you make another 'Ocean Avenue'? You can't, it won't happen. Bands that usually get HUGE off of one album usually let down with the CD after the blowup. So this is all normal and everyone is crying about it like it's something new.

So I figured I should go buy some albums today. I got Action Action and Portugal the man. I was going to buy The class of 98 and Yellowcard, but I have not got into the new yellowcard yet and I didn't want to pay 12.99 for class of 98. So instead I got Plain White T's and From First to last. They were both only 7.99 and I figured I have listened to the albums enough for free it was time to pay for them. So anyway I have bought 12 albums in the Last two week. I think I have a problem. I buy way to many album.

I've heard good things about this Scarlet CD, which I'm consequently interested in hearing.

Portugal. The Man and Test Icicles are both, uh, "sassy" to a point, but not bad at all.

A few other people answered but I'll continue...country-tinged, folky indie rock that's super sunny despite random F-bombs. Borderline cheese at times, but it's pretty good overall...I'm posting a review on Punknews Friday if you're willing to "cross the threshold."
