This is a huge thing, it's not exactly every day that something like this happens. If you combine all of the programming on these two networks, you actually may have a realistically good network. I only hope it does not mess with high quality, low rated shows like Veronica Mars. If it doesn't, this will be a boon because it will combine a lot of high quality and reasonably popular shows under one flag. Everybody Hates Chris, Veronica Mars, Smallville, Gilmore Girls...that's a decent start for a network. Very interesting.

i can't think of a single primetime WB show with a black person in it. Smallville used to have Pete but they kicked him off.

I finally read about Veronica Mars the other day after all the hype. All I can say is, I wouldn't burn a disc with an episode of that to wipe my shit up with.
That programming sounds vomit-inducing. Thank fuck I don't get either of those channels over here.

Veronic Mars is incredibly awesome and addictive...note the sig. I don't care about the WB, I just don't want this show to go off the air.

I think that even though they are going through a merger that they won't be combining into one channel. I didn't read the article but I don't know how one channel would work.

Even though i will miss having six networks (no cable) I think this will be better. A stronger station to compete with the big four and that can air better programs
i dont even get UPN where i live. Isnt that supposed to be a national channel? Maybe when they merge i can watch my wraslin! haha. So WB bought UPN im guessing the link isnt working for me.
