I will admit that I love the album and while it's not the most phenomenal thing that's ever been released (or that was even released last year), it was a damn good, catchy album that showed more potential than I would ever have expected from such a young band.

As for mtv, guess having the same manager as a trl band really helps. They are the first "indie" band I've ever seen on trl. Wonder if their new record label helped them out.

I got over the addicting qualities of this cd pretty fast (still really like TAI though), I just didn't want the band to take this road. They were already becoming huge in the "scene" - no need to take your first album to TRL. Just my opinion, but success has never killed a band for me - only over exposure. I am alllll panic'd out right now.

im starting to lose faith in this site....when one of your own becomes successful, you support it, not hate it. if P!ATD is NSYNC and FOB is the Bactstreet botys, then TAI is 98 degrees and all those other bands that are tin the same vein are the Otowns and BBMAKs of the world.

Also, TAI has sold nowhere NEAR as many albums as panic and quite frankly, TAI's album isn't nearly as solid. They get how to write songs and they get what sells....give the 2nd half of the album a try, its completely different. support these kids. theyre amazing.
