is it just me or do you hate the term emo applied to bands that are totally not emo.

examples would be:

my chemical romance
jimmy eat world
hawthorne heights
the all american rejects
dashboard confessional
fall out boy
panic at the disco

no one even knows good emo bands anymore like:

rites of spring
i wrote haikus about cannibalism in your yearbook
angel hair
pg 99
indian summer

note: i have nothing against emos. actually, i dont think people can even be emo, cause its a term to describe music. so yeah.

Yeah, I couldn't believe that he let them get to him. Do you think that Big Brother started the rumors about Goldstein himself so he would be able to find traitors or do you think they lied about that to convince Winston that Big Brother is everywhere?

I think that it's up to interpretation, personally.

I like to poke around into each theory, but ultimately I think Orwell left that out in the open so people would think about possibilities like that.

Yeah, he did a really good job. The worst part is that Winston should've hated O'Brien, but he totally re-shaped his mind. What a mind-fuck that book is.
