I know this may sound like a dumb question, but does anyone know how to make electronic music?
Electronic music in the vein of Owl City, PlayRadioPlay, The Postal Service.
I'm pretty sure there is a certain software you can use, but i'm completely in the dark.
I have a Korg MicroSynth, and a drum machine, but now clue what to do next.
PLEASE HELP!! :-0

You have to have some knowledge on keyboard/synth and how to program drum beats. Basically all there is to tell you, there's no "way" to make music, other than you take your skill and turn it into your own sound. If there were a "method" to music it would all sound robotic and fake...oh.

write a bunch of songs on acoustic guitar and transpose those into keyboard parts and put beats behind them with reason or garageband.

Ableton Live is great for electronic music. I'd recommend it, especially since you can probably already get some good sounds out of the Korg and the drum machine. It will actually help to become an extension of your writing and become an instrument in itself.
I don't know how Reason is for recording, but I think it has a lot more options for synths and other sound than Ableton, which has some, but they're not as nice.

Just got Ableton Live 8.0.1 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I have been using Ableton now for about 3 years, and compared to the free trackers and Reason, I just like it better. It's very user friendly.
So get a recording suite, and preferably some sort of interface and check out http://www.tweakheadz.com/
FL Studios is a good program to use.

I use Reason in conjunction with Pro Tools.

I love the ReWire technology.
And FL Studio sucks.

If you want a "Electronica Voice" it might be a bit cheating but get autotune. It's pretty easy to use.
