ADTR... TDWP... BMTH... Bleh. Don't even get me started on Escape the Fate. I'm a sucker for well done breakdowns that get me pumped, but they are definitely an overrated phenomenon in the scene.

well, i love ADTR but that song's breakdown isnt much of a breakdown. So i went with ETF where i like the song and it actually does have a legitimate breakdown. Other than that, i found BMTH's song on myspace and i lol'd at their pictures but tried to listen to it without bias but turned it off after 20 secs. not my cup of tea

i'd say the breakdown in holdin it down for the underground is one of my favorites ever...but since its not on here i'll go with the other a day to remember one. lol. they are the only band on this list that i listen to...so i guess my vote doesnt count much. lol
