Damien Rice is incredible. I'd listened to him a bit before, but the past few months I've just totally fallen in love with him. O is one of the most passionate yet earnest singer/songwriter releases I've heard in a very long time.

i mean i like damien rice, but he cant hold a fucking candle to conor. I think some of his songs are incredibly bland and cliche, kind of like new coldplay or james blunt. extremly vague stuff. Though I do enjoy The Blowers Daughter, mainly becasue of the movie Closer which makes the song seem much etter than it actually is. Its not even a question how much better Conor Oberst is than DAmien Rice, thats a fucking joke that you even can say that. wow.
