i've been trying to a lot lately. i feel like it helps me relax in everyday situations if i go back to my meditative mood when im freaking out about stuff. its not easy, but certainly not as hard as i thought it would be.
Sometimes I mediate. That's kinda close.

i think you're wrong. you can do amazing things with meditation. like meditating for 4 hours with the relaxation effect of 8 hours sleep and such.

I used to meditate occasionally... I kind of forgot about it until now.

Find me a day that has 28 hours in it, and I'd gladly meditate for you.

I was implying that I don't have four spare hours to sit around and do nothing but meditate, no matter how refreshing it feels. And I can't skip my sleep for meditation, either.
I don't get how to meditate.
Anyone ever use idoser?
I feel like it's an attempt at meditation. Just more annoying and a little more pointless

yeah i did get that. but i know people who really need just 4 hours of sleep a day, because of meditation. i think it's amazing.

I took a meditation class, but everyone slept and the teacher was oblivious to the fact no one cared. It doesn't really work for me, but I guess the closest form for me is nature, music, and writing.
