I doubt they are selling the stuff because they need money so bad. I doubt $200 in ebay sales will solve any problems. Most of that stuff is cds you can't find anymore/signed stuff.

Drive thru is hurting for money if you ask people that know Richard they will tell you Drive Thru and Rushmore Records are hurting. He has a bunch of bands that don't tour or he signed them and members left the band. He's selling both of his houses from what I gather, and rumor is he's being investigated by one of his old bands for missing royalties and another band is wanting out of their contract. Not sure if most of this is just rumor, so take this as it is if you want, but again most of the people that I talk to that know Richard and Stephanie say this.

They should put up some of the old Unleaded Plus stuff...I'd buy that for sure.

Oh yeah, and if you're looking for a really nice high-end DV camera, that's a damn good one they have for sale.

Rich Reines had his very own pants up there, but I used a Buy It Now and snatched them shits up!

jamison on the tsl album is pretty neat. i don't think about $200 in ebay sales is going to help them with money issues. they are just probably getting rid of some older stuff and there is no other market for it

Considering that I know for a fact that bands on Drive Thru sign their CD covers because they were told that "they will be used for giveaways", this attempt to sell on Ebay is absolutely pathetic and desperate on DTR's part. And for those who think making an easy $200 on Ebay is nothing, when you are broke and money hungry, it's everything.

I have the TSL album with Jamison on the cover but mine is signed. I wonder what that would go for because I can't believe people are paying $30+ for Finch and the Movielife.

I'm not trying to justify DTR but I hardly think they're doing this to pay the bills. They've been selling stuff on ebay for a long time, I remember a couple years ago they sold the last original copies of "ready break" and old Dashboard crap and those Finch CDs back in the Finch heyday and all that other crap.

I'm guessing it's old stuff in their inventory that they only have a few copies of left and want to get rid of, so it's kind of pointless to put in their online store because that's not really fair (and you know stupid kids will be e-mailign and say "let me have it instead i'll pay 23894739487 dollars!!!!111") so they're just auctioning it on ebay. Howeverrrr....I completely agree with whoever said something about DTR supposed "giveaways"....they could easily give them as prizes to true fans, rather than kids with a fat wallet (or their parent's credit card). Pretty lame sauce. Bad DTR!

In other news, anyone wanna buy my copy of TSL's CD with Jamison on the cover for $100? It's not autographed or anything but I can grab a sharpie and scribble on it and you can tell your friends that it's authentic.

There probably just cleaning house and making some extra dough in the process.

i have a limited edition 2003 drive thru fall tour jacket in brown that im giving away for FREE if anyone wants it. It was given to me by richard back when i worked there. It hold no sentimental value whatsoever so first person to PM gets it.
