This was written on a mobile device and uploaded via facebook mobile. And even if one person's heart of the few that read this changes and the stop talking and act, it would have all been worth it. The silent struggles of the many that helped shape this would be at least recognized. Maybe I too can rest.

To start off, I don't even think many of you will have the patience to reach the end but to those that do... you have my respect. It gets old just talking and seeing no action... Opinions would be nice.

So it begins...

Sitting on the edge of the world, the wolf gazes upon the desolate dreams of the seemingly proud, the few, the empty and departed. It is not a world that even I want to witness, but a world that to many unaware, is crying for change. As the waves come crashing in, the masses seem to ignore their impending doom, even though they have the power to repell the present storm. It not only affects the weak, but also the strong. Just to say, as dawn may never emerge, we hold choices in our hands.

To tell you the truth, it saddens me. The greed, the pursuit of self-preservation, self-interest and denial. What is it that we dream of? What world do we seek when we can't even preserve our own? Questions that seek answers... who will answer them? Do we look to they sky, clasp our hands and ask for miracles as we do nothing but hope they get answered? Even now, God must be disheartened by the world we dismembered as He left us behind and left chance in his place. I have imagined, as when I was younger, that there was more input placed into this world by the masses, but now I realize the selfishness that courses through their veins. They are wolves without the sense of a pack. Lone wanderers making home in desolation as a world cries out for a hero. And now I ask, do we seek to change this world or do we seek to watch it crumble on our iPods, our 52" plasma TVs, Home movie projectors, and computers screens?

I can say that my vision of human life has changed. Even I tried to be selfish but I couldn't because I care and believe enough in us. I believe that even God cannot stop us if He tried, if you believe, that is. I see man created in His likeness, but since He is one and we are many, we are only worth as Him if we come as a package and not as an individual. I say this because if God made the Earth, we, collectively, have started to destroy it. We can end life on this planet together, but how come we cannot preserve this life together? Why do we have individualistic tendencies when we can have collectivist ambitions? Why do we wait for some politician to make the decisions for us? Our say is not in a single vote... and what surprises me is all these young people today, people MY age, that have all the power to change the course of history but too many are caught up in meaningless, inane and empty shows like American Idol and all those mundane talent shows, all the reality absurdity like what plays on MTV now, whatever celebrity show... I mean, what do you even learn from watching garbage? Has the American way of life culminated to working a 9 to 5 then wasting away your brain matter the rest of the day learning nothing?

Honestly, what is the focus of the human race? What is our aim and what are we driving towards? I know this doesn't apply to a few people but most of you, I want to know... what importance do you serve to the greater good? If you died tomorrow, would you have changed the world? Would have made people realize that things need to change? Or are you just another spec in time that is born to live a meaningless shell of a life and die a pointless death like billions before you? I don't know. If you're happy being just another number on the list, go ahead and waste your time infront of TV screens, keep pretending you are happy with life, keep hoping that someone will get you out of today's present catastrophes, keep thinking that you are just one person and cannot change the world when in fact, change starts with one.

Many great human beings have put their lives in jeopardy, risked their very existence, made sacrificed and have been sacrificed for what... Us to live a life that would make them turn in their graves? How selfish are we that we cannot even honor the work of the dead, but we instead name streets after them, give them a holiday where we inact the same grave-turning behavior and call it a day? It seems like America is afraid to speak up. Even France, though a lot more homogeneous than the United States, doesn't take shit when OUR MONEY is being played around with by some corrupt politicians and businessmen, when OUR CIVIL LIBERTIES are being taken for granted, when OUR WAY OF LIFE is nothing more than a joke to other countries... Why cannot we not stand up for ourselves? Wait, let me correct myself, we stand up for ourselves when we are being abused directly as individuals, but realize that you do not feel the blow as bad when it isn't focused on one person, but all of us. And the ship continues to sink so now, how many people do we need to watch drown in the poverty and injustice that is growing in America? How much more of YOUR money do you want to be wasted away on meaningless wars and politics? For some people, it's amazing. They think that voting for Obama was enough... I'd laugh in anyone's face if they thought this to be true. It's only a start, now you have to go on the journey and finish it. Don't expect one person to do everything for you. It's not over til people do something of epic proportions.

I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I do not want my money, my liberties, my life and the lives of those that I love to be left in the hands of people who I do not personally know. Their personal agendas are unknown to me, so how do you trust them? This is America. This is a democracy. The people decide where the country is going. We are the people. Decision is not just a single vote but it is the voice of the people. As heterogeneous as New York is, the melting pot of the world ethnically and culturally, I still believe that we can all come to our senses, band together as one people as we all have the same issues. I mean, talk to different people and find the common ground. We're not so different. This is how we will reunite the United States and then maybe if we still are focused... the world. But until then, people will continue to die, poverty will increase, more homeless will emerge, jobs will be lossed, and people will still be dwell in insignificance.

There is also 1% of the people, mainly a lot of wealthy and "powerful" people that feed off our inability to unite and come to a decision. The feed off the chaos and give us such shows as talent search shows (American Idol... ew, gross), The Real World (not really real), Cribs (seriously...), and whatever else that serves no educational purpose. These shows capture you with their advertising, personalities, and scripts and make people forget about what's really going in the world long enough for you to care a little less. Each episode pulls you away from reality and your grasp on your own fate until eventually you just decide to leave your futurein the hands of someone else. It is like they suck out your passion to make a difference. And this is how they get their power, because they take it from you unknowingly. Not just TV shows, but given that America is a consumer nation, we are have so many products to keep us from seeing the bigger picture, such as phones, video games, TVs, computers, shoes, clothing, accessories, houses, cars, and anything that would make you look cute, hot, cool, sociable, well-liked, popular, or just get you laid. But hey, if you want to be a pawn and one day be lying on your deathbed thinking of what significance your life was and not being able to pinpoint anything, go ahead.

Unfortunately, those that benefit from the consumers have made so many of us see in only bits and pieces, simple fragments of our world. I don't know if you are happy waiting on your hands and knees the gobble up the next trend the spews out of the assholes of America. I don't think anyone deserves to live like that. Everyone should be part of the driving force of the next trends. No one should have to wait for the banks to fix themselves, no one should have to wait for the president to fix the economy, fix the war, fix global warming, fix society as a whole... he is ONE man and we are MANY. How weak are we that we can't make all these things change tomorrow, or next week. Let's not wait until 2012 to see if we're still alive... We should be making sure we see 2012 alive. I know I will because I want to see a better world.

I don't know what holds back our passion for action to change or economic, environmental, social and anything else that is a great issue in our existence. Many people are insecure and too afraid to rise up. Let me tell just say, I myself am a jumble of thoughts and emotions. I know nothing about myself other than my name and the memories I have, but I do know that I care for people and believe that we can't just say that "it could be worse" cause we can also say that "it could be better." In that fact that there is a chance of it being better, why do we just settle when we can reach for the stars. As bad as things are getting, we should be reaching for the stars as I do not see how we are to exist with all that we're doing.

Let's not leave our fates to a few. Let's change our future and prove predictions wrong. Speak out to your local leaders, stand against wrongdoings and make yourself heard. I know, you may think you are alone but I think I've swam in the see of loneliness too long to care. In the end, the world lays in our hands. We do not have to wandering wolves suffering in the silence of our own failures to act. We can be one united pack, following bliss... and I do not mean ignorance, I mean bliss as in what is truly good for us... what would be Heaven on Earth. Yes, there will be a lot of work and pain but isn't it worth it for Heaven?

We have a voice. We are the beginning, we are the end.
