I wouldn't call trig easy, but it's certainly not hard. If you can't memorize the unit circle, plug it into your calculator so you can call it back whenever you need to. Most of the stuff is pretty obvious, but sometimes verifying identities can be absolutely horrible. I never actually understood the purpose of complex numbers (I guess I'll learn them in calculus), but DeMoivre's Theorem is easy to work with.
