Looking for a Venue in Philly

For the last 5-6 years I've run a booking agency in the Philly Suburbs area called "Chords for a Cure". Every month we'd throw shows for various charities, all the proceeds would be given to different children's charities but our last venue has been closed down do to lack of funds. I was hoping maybe some here would have a lead on a good venue to rent out? I'm looking for Firehalls, Skate parks, church/bar basements and preferrably in the "Philly Suburbs" as opposed to Philly itself. I'm 23 now and the town that I grew up in is pretty much a dry well at this point.
