More likely, At the Drive-In had help from The Shape of Punk to Come with making Relationship of Command. Really hard to say though, but going with Refused's album being the more influential one.

For me personally Relationship of Command but Shape of Punk to Come influeneced more bands. The title of the album couldn't have been more true.
