The day came and faded just as the jeans you've worn.
You lost me in the last seven seconds of the conversation.
If it were up to me, vacation wouldn't mean wanting to get away
for two whole weeks without a reason
of where you went and why you couldn't stay.
A friend of mine wouldn't trade me for anything,
especially if it were clear and 50 proof.
If so, I'd capture the fall on camera,
and hide the evidence for later use.
So let's figure this out just to say we did
