I'm not trying to sound mean at all, because he was in many amazing bands, but what does everyone find so amazing about Anthony Green? I can sing just as high as high as him, with just as much control. I don't know if it's his voice, or what.. but please, tell me.

Man, I've already got over $100 invested in concerts this month, but I guess I can spare a little more for the Columbus show.

just a side note to all you CO people, soda jerk is an awesome promoter, don't look a gift horse in the mouth, they have reasonable prices and healthy competition, its not fun living down here where theres almost a monopoly on all the good shows coming through. Go up to Mike next time you see him at a show and tell him how much you appreciate what he does. Seriously. Rock Island was dumb imo anyway Tulagi (RIP) was where it was at.
dammit, circa at the freakin starlight, and thursday is playing the AGGIE! its times like there I wish I was back home.

oh, just to clarify i wasn't dissing soda jerk, haha
being that i'm from reno, nv (hello every show being $17+) i think soda jerk has pretty wonderful show prices [and pretty wonderful shows, not many tours come through reno, i enjoy the denver scene], haha.
i loved rock island as a venue, but i don't live in colorado and so i don't know anything about their business or whatever, but they were a hell of a lot better than any venue that we've had in reno in the last two years. (besides some occasional sound issues, i think i lost some hearing at circa survive in july thanks to the guitar being turned up so ridiculously loud during circa and the yellow second's sets, ouch)

haha yeah I was just saying, soda jerk is awesome. before rock island there was this sweet club in boulder called the tulagi but the owner owed back taxes and they got shut down. Rock Island always paled in comparison , but I guess rock island could still hold its own. I was at that show back in July...poor yellow second, They broke up like a month after that :(
I didn't realize how good a scene it was till I came down here to AZ. Enjoy it. So are you living in CO? I could recommend you some awesome local bands if you hit me up on aim.
