good old war. the fleet foxes record still hasn't held my interest enough for me to make it all the way through for some reason.

Good Old War is so damn good, it's ridiculous. Fleet Foxes are just ok to me.

I think if this was a talent poll, I'd probably vote Fleet Foxes, but as far as enjoyment, Good Old War wins it for me hands down.
I love Good Old War, I think Fleet Foxes are pretty overrated.

I expected this to be an unpopular opinion (apparently not here), but Good Old War is more enjoyable.

i have been kind of underwhelmed by both. fleet foxes get boring to me (weird, cuz i like bon iver), and good old war seems like an acoustic pop-punk band, which i kind of dislike since i hate that genre. maybe i haven't given the two bands enough time.

Lots of love for both, but Fleet Foxes strikes me at a different level, their musicianship, harmonies and songwriting just do a bit more for me.

I have never heard of Fleet Foxes but over the past half year I have become steadily obsessed with Good Old War and can't wait to see them for the first time next month and then the second in september.

Don't care for either. I'll go with Fleet Foxes because I can at least sit through their full-length.

yeah, agreed. i like good old war, but, to me, it offers nothing as amazing and the only song i really care for is That's What's Wrong. The harmonies of Fleet Foxes just blow me away everytime.
