Rockettown, Nashville, TN-This was an amazing show, I was there for everyone except for Action Reaction. Not to say anything bad about them, they just don't fit my musical tastes. Me and my friends got there to find out that Action Reaction was replaced with a band we all liked more, They Said We Were Ghosts. They were awesome, and I recommend you check them out on Myspace. Next was Chiodos. Along with Armor for Sleep, they were the main reasons I was at the show. They played an amazing set including songs such as "Expired in Goreville", "Baby You Wouldn't Last A Minute on the Creek", "All Nereids Beware", "The Words 'Best Friend ' Become Redefined", "There's No Penguins in Alaska", and "To trixie and Reptile, Thanks for Everything." As they walked, my friends and I, who were probably the biggest Chiodos fans there, started chanting "encore" as they were walking off the stage. Everyone then started chanting "encore", and then Craig, the lead singer, put the mic up to his mouth and said, "I'm hearing alot of people chanting 'encore' out there. I don't think we can though...", he looks at a crew member and asks, "Is that cool with you guys, is everything still set up to go?" and he gets the ok, and says that we had 2 choices, "We're Gonna Have Us A Champaigne Jam" or "One Day All Women Will Become Monsters". My friends and I chanted for "One Day All Women Will Become Monsters", and they played it. Their show was amazing, and we were in the front row, to the side, and you could tell the Craig and the lead guitarist knew where their true fans were, because they kept coming over to us so much, and Craig put his mic straight to us many times. Next was Boys Night Out, which is another band that I really enjoy. They played a good set that included most of their new cd. They were good, but should have played before Chiodos, because their softer styling of music brought down the energy a bit. Plus it was hard for the guys to pay attention because it was hard not to stare at their beautiful keyboardist, Kara. After they left the stage, I went to the merch booth and got my "All's Well That End's Well" cd signed by the lead singer of Chiodos, Craig. I went back in to watch Armor for Sleep, who did something very awesome that I didn't expect. Ben, the lead singer come out and played "A Quick Little Flight" on keyboards on a lonely stage. Near the end of that song, the rest of the band came out and, while a crew member gave Ben his guitar and took away the keyboard, went into "Car Underwater". They played an amazing set as well, including "Awkward Last Words", "Remember to Feel Real", "Stay On The Ground", and an encore of "The Truth About Heaven" and "The End of Fraud". It was a truly amazing show that I recommend evryone to go see.
