That looks like the worst movie ever. Sorry. It's seriously every generic romantic comedy/3rd wheel humor rolled into one. It's been done a thousand times, and this trailer didn't even make me laugh once...looks retarded.

Even the directors don't entice you? I gotta say, the trailers for both Wedding Crashers and 40 Yr. Old Virgin were shitty as well.

They weren't great, but I still laughed and was excited for the movie. Direction can only do so much. When you're stuck with an awful script, there's not much else you can do. NOTHING about this looked good, absolutely nothing. Not even Owen Wilson looked funny. Here's the trailer for everyone else who reads this so you don't have to waste your time:

yeah, and Owen Wilson is easily one of the least funny comedy actors out there. Think of all his films, and how he is always second or third funniest in it. Shaghia Noon, Meet The Fockers, Wedding Crashers, Zoolander, Tenenbaums, the list goes on.
He is David Spade in the Chris Farley comedies of the mid 90's. just along for the ride.

But if you want to argue that Carrel is bad, realize that Owen Wilson's acting is so much worse than Carrel's, he always has that stupid grin irregardless of what he is saying.

Carrell was funny in 40 yr old, but nothing compares to his work on The Office and in Anchorman.

Owen's not really a good actor but he's good in the silly roles like Zoolander and Starsky and Hutch.

i guess we just have like opposite tastes.....i think Steve Carrel is absolutely stupid, not funny at all. The 40 Year Old Virgin was fucking lame. Will Ferrell tries way to hard, though sometiems it works, most of the time it doesnt. Luke Wilson is a 3rd rate Owen Wilson......The other 3 are all great. Owen Wilson is the best wing man in the business, half of the movies he was in wouldnt have been half as funny without him......and to say hes the third funniest man in all of his movies is a fucking lie.....he was hilarious in the Shanghai series and in WEdding Crashers....youe people are crazy.

True. He made me chuckle in two places, when he was feeling the mother's breasts, and when I realized he got paid to act in that movie. He honestly has no good lines. And I don't think it's the writing, he just has terrible delivery. Facial expression, voice range, all are non-existent for him.
