I need some recommendations on some good pop/rock, powerpop, pop punk, or anything similar to that, that I can listen to, to calm myself down/help me fall asleep? I listen to mostly energetic stuff, so I don't have any bands to listen to when I'm trying to fall alseep...help?

Acceptance (mostly their single "Different")
Days Away
Copeland
Deas Vail
Phoenix
That's all that comes to mind right now. Also try the My Bloody Valentine album Loveless, which might be similar to what you're looking for.

The Morning Light - "Shine," "The New Is In," "A Barrel Tapped at Both Ends (Acoustic)"
Jack's Mannequin has some good slow songs
The Hush Sound - "Lighthouse," "You Are the Moon"
Dave Melillo

I second all of these. I also think The Early November's Acoustic EP is good for chill music, as is Sigur Ros (even though it's not pop-punk or powerpop by any means)
