the first one was great fun. then tom thought it was to smart, and so what do you do when you need to dumb it up? hire john woo. MI:2 was awful. that part when they jump off the motorcycles and collide midair...holy shit...what were they thinking.

part three looks good. im interested to see what J.J. Abrams will do with it. he's very talented, and so is the cast. i think it will be fun.

J.J Abrams is the brains behind Lost and Alias. he wrote and directed several episodes. as far as movies, this is his first, but i know he's written many, my favorite being forever young(that old mel gibson movie)
