This fucking kid on my bus attacked me in school this morning before class started. I was sitting at my locker and he had chips and salsa in a bag, and he swung the bag at me and hit me in the head with it. The jar busted open the side of my head, and i went after the kid, who gave no reason for hitting me, and could only respond by saying "duh... your bleeding dude". i said no shit you hit me with a fucking glass jar of salsa you fucking idiot and thats when i got pulled away by a friend who told me it wasnt worth it. Blood was fucking everywhere and I had to leave school and go to the hospital and get 4 staples in my head.
Figured I'd fill you in on my morning.

No, don't do anything to him, it will ruin your lawsuit. Make the ****** pay your hospital bill, then say you have emotional scars and can't eat salsa or smething liek taht to milk him dry. Teach that ****** to hit you again, and maybe his parents will actually scold him for losing them money.

hehe thank you for all the advice.
there are about 100 kids (some im not even friends with) that want to kick this kids ass. I think we might press charges or sue or something, cause this motherfucker is rich and has been terrorizing lots of people.
He would have been really fucked up if I had known at the time that if he hit me an inch and a half lower, i would be seriously injured, or not even alive. If i had known that, I would have attacked his ass.

it has nothing to do with suing him for everything. the kid hit me in the head, for no reason, with a bag, that had a jar of salsa in it. GLASS JAR OF SALSA! what happened if it broke? or hit my temple and i died? hed be pretty fucked then right?

that works, have everyone sue him till he's living on the streets, no one would notice (or even care) what happens to some homeless kid. first: cut off his thumbs, you can barely do anything without them. then casterate him with a wooden spoon, cut out his eyes and feel them to him, then make him eat his (homeless) family. you don't want to kill him, just make him WISH he was dead. remove his appendix with no anestetic... or if you're too lazy fo it dead kennedys style, fill him up with lsd and let him loose on a freeway.
not only will you get revenge but you will also be keeping unemployment down, you would get a medal.

suposedly this kid has been arrested before, and shit like that. I think i'm going to wait before I personally beat the shit out of him, but supposedly my friends gathered together, and are going to fuck him up.
atleast it gives me a chance at a lawsuit.

oh i have nothing against that, that was really horrible what happened to you, its just there was this one guy who kept posting sue him sue him .. i think that some people just look for reasons to sue, but for your case there definately needs some revenge on the guy

that's my future career, i'm gonna look up the safety requirementds for everything from hight of stares to amount of padding in parks, when i find something that's off by a centimeter or 2, i fall, brake my ankle and presto! money from the state. it's the american dream.
