Sherwood Label Update

Last night at their show in Hollywood, CA, Sherwood (www.sherwoodmusic.net) played for labels such as Interscope Records, Hollywood Records, and Capitol Records as well as tons of other industry folk. Hollywood Records looks to be in the driver's seat right now, we'll keep you posted.

My band played in the other room before these guys went on . . . They put on a great set. So did Waking Ashland. I love seeing a bunch of overweight, 50 year old a&r guys standing in the back of the club, trying to decide if they like a band or not while typing on their blackberry's and drinking beer. Gotta love Hollywood!

chris was the smaller guitarist who had incredible moves. he has decided to go home/back to school. ex-terminal guitarist (name i forget) is playing this tour.

I believe Hollywood Records is who Sparta is with. But i also believe they have a lot of mainstream pop acts. But I could be mistaken.

Breaking Ben is on holleywood records, they dont have a huge lotz of bands and it seems they all get treated and paid attention an even share
