Settings (http://www.myspace.com/settingsband) recently traveled to NYC and started rehearsing with their new singer Alex Bonnueau. To give a taste of what Alex can do, the band have posted a teaser on their Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/settingsband) page. Also, the band will begin recording demos in March. Some big things are in store for these guy's so watch out for them.
The MP3 available for stream is a demo the band recorded in their NYC hotel room with a drum machine. It was recorded at 4:00 in the morning and was done to give people an idea of what the band sounds like with their new singer, nothing more. The vocals are realistically untouched and were improvised in an hour or so

I don't understand why we should watch out for these guys... have they ever done anything before? Has anyone ever heard of them outside of this website?

No thanks. This website pimps these guys way too much. They haven't even done anything. And his voice isn't impressive.

i say watch out because the band has is currently being looked at by some labels and will be popping up more and more in the future. the full version of the demo sounds waaaay better then the clip.

i dont think they've been pimped on this website at all. the only thing ever posted is pretty much what is posted on their myspace. and i think people should watch out for them cause they have a good future ahead of them. awesome guys

Yeah? Well, I think Thor could beat Superman's ass in a fight. Easy.
And Setting's manager Luke is a cool guy. But he couldn't beat Superman. Thor can.

i was under the impression that they already have been signed, but of course i could be [& probably am] mistaken.
but anyway. i think that once they record under normal circumstances, they'll be real good. i also think they have a good chance of getting huge.

they havent been pimped at all. if anything they've been underrated. this is a talented group of guys and they're going to go far. i hope whatever label that picks them up treats them well.
