You can still send in questions for the ABSOLUTExclusive interview I will be conducting with Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy (http://www.falloutboyrock.com) fame, but only for about two more days. So, if you have any last minute suggestions, ideas, questions, comments, then this (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=113887) is the place to submit them as well as get all the details.

What's a typical day like for a young entrepeneur? How do you juggle being a rock star, owning a clothing company and record company, and writing books all at the same time? When do you squeeze in personal time?

Is the new book "Rainy Day Kids" the book you co-wrote with William Beckett?

Ask him if he could go back would he rather sign a major label and gain all this fame, or would he rather of stayed on an indie label and continued to do small club shows

how does it feel that you can keep making your records worse and worse, and absolutepunk will still give your albums good reviews?

From Under the Cork Tree got a very poor review, as a matter of fact. So you can take that comment and put the "bullshit" stamp on it.

Oh man, TOTALLY! Like, Pete Wentz, Oh EmM gEe!!!11111

For seriously, he's my Superman and he makes me jizz my Fall Out Boy boxers every morning and evening when I pleasure myself to the "Dance, Dance" video (specificially the part where he licks the guitar).

Anyway, I already explained why it was an "exclusive," so I don't really feel the need to argue with or re-explain it to you. But you know, all that matters is that comment you made elevated you from just some reader / poster on our site to king of the internet. I applaud you; you made a funny.

Ask him if Fall Out Boy ever plans on doing a collision course with Jay-Z, like Linkin Park did.

1-how do you feel about all the coverage your "suicide" attempt (i use it only in quotations because he doesn't want it to be called that) got from magazines, especially ones such as tiger beat?
2-does he feel differently about his fans now that some have dropped the band?
3-has the band grown apart because of all the drastic changes?
4-is he still close with a lot of the bands still on the chicago scene? >i doubt he would answer that one honestly<

this man is one of my idols and im not saying these things to talk shit about him or be a little prick, but being from chicago ive head a lot of things about him
ive heard that he beat his girlfriend after finding out that he cheated on her, and i also heard that FUCT's producers wrote half of the cd. a friend of mine smoked weed with members of october fall and one of the members said that he doesnt like fall out boy one bit as a band, and that they are just a tool they are using to get popular.
i think his response to alot of the rumors about him would be interesting. however, the thing about october fall is a complete fact, and ive heard from numerous sources that they dont think too highly of fall out boy and they are kiss-asses.
ask him why it takes so long for alot of the clandestine stuff to go up for sale
ask him what made him go from being in a band like arma angelus to fall out boy
ask him when rainy day kids is coming out
ask him what he thinks about being on the cover of TeenBop, J14 and other assorted bullshit.

for the record, i think it would be a good idea to address the fact that i know a lot of girls that claim fall out boy to be one of their favorite bands that are actually worthy of a fall out boy song themselves. They're bitchy, think they're better than everyone, break hearts without guilt, and post fob lyrics in their away message in reference to the star football player their friend is already fucking.

fans like this are replacing a lot of true fans out there, and im not sure if hes aware of that. and yeah , i suppose if you want to be really technical about it, those people shouldnt be considered "True" fans but at the last fob show i was at(nintendo fusion tour), i noticed way more girls in jean skirts and hollister surf *** guys, and barely recognized anyone there, whereas at previous fob shows, i could recognize the majority of people there for the sake that they have been to so many fob shows in the past. and this is chicago. their hometown.

I'm sure these may be repeat questions, and it kind of echos what the guy above me said.

What changes has he noticed in their fans?
There has obivously been a huge swing in numbers, they're almost double platinum with an album that alot of people, who listened to their early albums, don't really care for.

How long will this current trend in music continue?
By trend I mean, the style of pop punk they've perfected. Let's face it, that's what it is. FOB won't last forever, because this will die, just like grunge, boy bands, and hair metal.

How does he feel about being on all the teen magazines now, and being marketed to that demographic? Is Fall Out Boy the new, edgy, rebellious, and punk rock version of the Backstreet Boys?
That is who they've replaced. FOB and bands like them are the new kings in that expendable cash flow teen market. Where there once stood Backstreet, NSYNC, and O Town adverts, gossip mags, and TRL appearances... we now have FOB, P!AtD, and up and comers of TAI. Oddly enough, they're all similar sounding bands, from very closely related labels... VERY closely related.
