I think Felicity Huffman will win, due to the controversial subject matter of the movie. I haven't seen it, and i'm sure its really interesting and she does a great job.

I loved Transamerica and Felicity Huffman, but her character was far more provocative than her performance. i would say Witherspoon, but i can't imagine her winning and not Phoenix(who i also don't see winning). if i had to bet, i would say Huffman, though it was not the best performance in the category.
