Hello fellow Self Promotion board sojourners! In this thread I attempt to convince you to give my band the time of day.
We are called Sister City and we are from Rockville, Maryland, and we are currently recording our second full length. We have posted the song "Ellis Island Blues" to our AP profile, which you can of course find right here: http://www.absolutepunk.net/artists/showlink.php?do=showdetails&l=16531 or at cavalryrecords.com, where they're featuring us, along with an extensive interview
We are music for (although not limited to) people who were raised on Blink 182, went through a ridiculous punk rock phase, and ended up with an open mind and a love of bands like Say Anything, Counting Crows, and Brand New with a healthy dose of songwriters like Kevin Devine and Bright Eyes.

We're never going to charge you for a record you don't have the option of also getting for free.
