Warped Tour 2009 Merch Thread!

I know this section is for show reviews/set lists
but I assumed this is the most accurate place to put this thread.
I've never really posted on a forum before so bear with me here.

Alright so as i've seen before on this forum and many others for bands, some people do us all a huge favour and take pictures of the merch they see at a concert/merch they've bought at a concert. This has saved me mucho dinero before because I realized there is nothing worth spending my money on at that particular show. With Warped Tour Ii always get excited at the prospect of buying an entire new warddrobe and i'm sure many of you others do too!




Anyways...that was way to long let me cut to the chase!

WHAT TO POST IN HERE:
- Descriptions of a band's/clothing line's merch they have at Warped Tour (if thats all you got!)
- Pictures of merch booths you've taken at Warped Tour.
- Pictures of merch booths you've found that people have taken at warped tour on other forums/this forum.
- Pictures of merch from a band's/clothing line's website you know they are selling at Warped Tour.
- Pictures of merch you've actually bought at Warped Tour!


Please don't forget to post (if applicable):
- The band/clothing line that the merch belongs to.
- The date/location you bought it at.
- If it only comes in a female or male style.
- If they are only selling specific sizes.
- If they are only selling it on specific dates.
- If they are only selling a specific number of that item at each date.
- If they are selling the same design in multiple colours.
- The PRICES of the merch in the pictures!

Just thought I'd make this so we wouldn't have to search through the whole main tour thread for the 2 or 3 pics of merch they may or may not have. Also to encourage people to show off the sweet swag they bought!

speaking of merch though at warped. I was really disappointed in the merch this year, every band's pretty much sucked! nothing stood out for me except the Bayside Yankees shirt

Yeah, I'm definitely starting to notice a difference in the fitting of the shirts bands print their merch on. The shit with the island printed on the tag is total garbage. Small to begin with, but shrinks at the slightest hint of liquid.

Glamour Kills tent had barely anything. None of their nice stuff was there...only like a grey shirt with the pig on it, a purple one with the pig on it, the black and white versions of the shirt that says something along the lines of 'XO live love glamour kills' and one other shirt.

The only thing even close to decent was how Chiodos brought back the "I'll stop stabbing" hoodie. This time in grey. I agree, Bayside and P.O.S. had pretty cool stuff.

I've never been to warped (this is my first year), but i have been to Bamboozle. At Bamboozle, merch tents are generally set up near the stages that bands play. Probably is the same at warped. As to how the merch tables are set up, try to think about a setup that gives a street fair type atmosphere. Don't really know how else to explain it :shrug:

Bayside had their new era hats, a neon orange shirt with the basic bayside bird covering the front (which I picked up) and a few other new ones. I'm pretty sure Anthony posted them on twitter awhile back. Also they had the hoodie that says "CULT" on it which they've had the past two tours I believe. Shirts were $20 and they had free stickers.

I also picked up the HTL shorts they had which are green and say "stay out!" on the butt, they were $20. I think I remember seeing a shirt with a dinosaur on it.

Bayside had their new era hats, a neon orange shirt with the basic bayside bird covering the front (which I picked up) and a few other new ones. I'm pretty sure Anthony posted them on twitter awhile back. Also they had the hoodie that says "CULT" on it which they've had the past two tours I believe. Shirts were $20 and they had free stickers.

I also picked up the HTL shorts they had which are green and say "stay out!" on the butt, they were $20. I think I remember seeing a shirt with a dinosaur on it.

Bayside also had grey headbands with their name written on them, the same orange/black shirt you mentioned but with the colours reversed, and the white Yankees rip-off logo tee, all of which I bought.

Didn't get a chance to see their merch, because by the time they made it to the venue and had started setting up (around, I believe, 6pm or so), I was already in the crowd waiting for them to play. Then I stayed to watch another band, and then when I finally made it out, their tent had already been taken down. I swear, I'm just not destined to ever own another Valencia t-shirt, haha. But I did post the setlist in the other thread.

From what I can remember Underoath and Breathe Carolina had some sweet stuff, BC especially had some nice tank tops. Chiodos' merch was pretty mediocre, a couple decent items. I didn't take a look at Aiden's merch, hope that helps!

i don't remember all of their stuff, but most of it looked very familiar, like i might have seen it in hot topic or something. they had a white shirt with their name in the colorado rockies logo. it said limited edition next to it, so they might only be selling it in colorado. i dunno

Woah. Okay to the person who spent over $100 at Warped: the most I have ever spent there was like $40 including water. (Plus I got in free that year) This year money was insanely tight so I spent a grand total of $9. I felt the need to tell you this. :)

Anyway the reason I am here is because I have been searching EVERYWHERE for this shirt I saw at my warped stop 7/25-St. Pete, FL. I just read through all 14 pages of this thread and there weren't many mentions of clothing line stuff, so I'm going to try my best and describe the shirt.

It was printed on more than one color shirt I remember a grey one with black writing and a black one with grey/white writing. The shirt had the lyrics to the blink 182 song "family reunion" in other words it said "shit piss fuck cunt cocsucker motherfucker tits fart turd and twat" covering the entire front of the shirt. I think the blink smiley was even somewhere on there? There was a bilboard somewhere that had a picture of Tom DeLonge with the shirt, on the other side of that billboard I'm pretty sure it said "tweet@my vag" or something along those lines. The clothing companys other clothes all consisted of vulgar language. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the clothing company but I am dying to buy that shirt now that I have $$$. If anyone could please help me out I'd be super appreciative.
