Clap On

There's no purpose of dwelling on memories. They're old, they're fake, they're out of date. Last year's cult classics become this year's new big fashions. So we'll forget about the past and the other girls for a little while (I swear those rumors aren't true) and we'll focus on a little me, and a little more more on you.

Now many may find these kind of pairings particularly pretentious, fake, or strange. Like a box of crayons, though, order doesn't matter. It's all about your current color, and if the point's too small, just tear some wrapper away. Cause I've never been one to waste, though I sure let a lot slip away. But darling don't give me the slip and sneak away. If beauty was all I looked for you'd be perfect. So treat me to a smile and a wave, forget the wink, we'd hate to be cliche.

Each word for you, Each line for you, Each awkward valentine heart for you, all staggered from my love of curses, and cursive writing, especially in poetry. Only highest-quality please. Only you and me please? This sure would be simple if I could get you alone, please. But it seems your always surrounded by giggling ghosts which gather to guffaw at me and my mistakes...

So keep your sweet smile. Keep control of your bangs. Beauty isn't measured in your looks alone, but I wish it was... but I wish you were... cause then you'd be perfect. Then I'd be perfect. Then we'd be perfectly perfect... protected. Cause my books teach me that's what love does. What can love do for me? What can love do for you? What can love do for us?

Cheesy, but good. I never EVER thought I'd say that.

I don't know about this one, James. It's definitely a far cry from your usual style and I'm not sure if this story format works for you.

But, it's got a good half-flow, I'll give it that.

It's called PROSE...

I like it.

Not the last one, that I should just make a poem/song

It's hard to crit it since there is not structure, and it's just.... writing. But it's not bad.

Yeah, even if Rowling denies it.

I found it funny that the Pope(though he really didn't, it was retracted I think) said it confused kids between good and evil.
