My friends from school and I wanted to form and band and pioneer the genre of br00talcore. All our albums would basically 90 minutes worth of breakdowns and veloceraptor screams.

I started listening to HORSE The Band when all they had out was R. Borlax and I can tell you that at the time, they did refer to their sound as Nintendocore. Maybe they've grown tired of the word and have tried to distance themselves from it?
