Self Against City (http://www.self-against-city.com) has booked a few dates on their way to New York to record their debut full length with Steven Haigler (Brand New, Fuel); the band has written around 18 songs, but will include 12 or 13 on the album.

I really like this band! I am excited to hear some new stuff from them. I heard some people say that they heard some of their demos and they are awesome. I hope we get to hear something soon.

Does anyone know if they have a song called "blown away"? I found it and it says that it is them but the singer's voice doesn't really sound like Jonathan's?

No I don't think it is Steel Train. It has a pop punk sound and it sounds like it could be SAC but like I said the singers voice isn't Jon's I don't think. If I knew how to put it on a link I would put it up for you to hear and see what you thought.

damn i saw that same show... i thought they were rad. I've seen them plenty before... and they didnt have the energy they normally have, for whatever reason... but definately one of my favorite bands live.

whenever they're in Cali, they ONLY play shows in norcal.
which is lame. i mean i know that's where they live.
but godd, it's not that hard to come down to the southern part.
i give up on really wanting to see these guys.
