I highly urge everyone to download this album. I gave this band money for merch long ago and they continue to ignore my emails. I for one will be downloading it and sharing it with anyone who is interested.
That's not right dude, just because they ignored your email.. you urge other people to dowload their cd? Come on..

I should have mentioned that I already paid for the merch via paypal. So they have my money and are ignoring my emails to resolve the the issue.

you might want to mention that we haven't actually ignored your e-mails and that your merch (which had an error in paypal and which i mentioned to you in one of my e-mails to you) is on it's way as we are now back home from tour and are able to deal with things a little easier.

I placed the order over 10 months ago. I sent you 10-12 emails on every email I could find on the Kringle site and the Some By Sea site. I think the first email went out over 8 months ago. Today I got my first response from you. I really don't think you were on tour for the last 10 months non-stop. I was very civil with you in every single email the only time I showed any hostility was on these forums and thats only because I wanted a response and I knew it would be resolved if our business was made public. Sure enough I got my response and hopefully the merch will arrive before the end of the month.
