Not true. For anarchy to work it would require the human race to evolve emotionaly to the point where they reason on the highest level. Essentialy they wouldn't murder because it is wrong. Of cource there will always be a couple wackos thohgu, so to deal with it, there is one restriction in anarchy:No human may intenionaly harm another. If this happens then the coummutity would voluntarily organize to punish the criminal and compensate the victim.
