Man, you'd think if you were going to blatantly steal our work (http://www.757forums.com/) you'd at least remove our URL from the CSS files you mirrored (see attachment). I know imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but according to the source that showed me this page, the creator (http://www.myspace.com/757forums) is selling the "design and images and memberlist code" to other clients around the internet for cash. AP.net's basic design is nothing new (or that special) - but our images are most certainly original creations (not amazing, but functional I suppose) and attempting to illegally copyright things we spent time developing is sort of a low-blow. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that the images on AP.net are not for use or re-creation without my consent (and my templates/code are not free game either). I'll license them out to you if you really want them ... but they're not worth the money, trust me (use the default images, they're free). Our copyright policy (http://www.absolutepunk.net/faq.php?faq=policies#faq_copyright) is still up for those interested. I got a laugh out of the whole thing at least. Thanks to the anonymous user for sending this our way.

4. IDENTITY THEFT
5. HAVING a wilderbeast as a girlfriend

I as well know this kid PERSONALLY, I help run a local offtopic forum and we are ... well were his DIRECT competition. So of course we butt heads.

A few years ago he attempted to crash 2 of our local/state message forums, but failed ... after being banned from all of them had no choice but to make one of his own. Thats where my problem with him started, escaladed big time after he hit a personal friend of mine ... which happens to be female ... ah yes very christian like.

Now we have competing sites, good clean compeitiion wasnt really an issue, and im not trying to be cocky when I say this but we started ours from scratch (not importing memberbase from previous sites) and we have 5xs the members ... our board is very active and it just pissed him off. Now to find out he was a fake girl, and his entire site was a rip off just makes me smile.

It was brought to the attention of his members (the few that actually posted, but worship him) and of course problems evolved with him ripping off other sites, being a fake myspace girl ... etc etc. What I found even more hilarious hes brought his wilderbeast girlfriend to his level. He was put in jail just recently for bad checks ... and the wilderbeast posted under his name the whole week pretending to be him.

I hope, pray, rub my magic lamp, use my last wish that yall decide to take legal action, he obviously enjoyed the bars being he didnt see anything wrong with all the actions hes taken.

Yeah, very good points Broke Neck. Especially since he told me via AIM that ALL the images and whatnot on his site were created by him in photoshop. That his site was HIS custom work. Well, sure as hell doesn't look that way now since his source code and whatnot was copied from this site as well as his memberlist and almost every image from here.

I work in a nightclub, and we had a group gathering from our forum out at my work one night, we also have some photo gurus on our board.

Well we visited 757 only to see a few pictures that were taken by our members on his home page. Even took out our watermark.

Its sad, very sad ... i hope that you do decide to take legal action against him, im sure you could land a nice chunk of change.
