yea ok, like lebron james would ever be traded. i wouldn't trade lebron for the entire piston's team, he's a franchise and will in the future, get the cavs a few championships

the machine only works as far as trade clauses and contracts, it doesnt do it based on player ratings/performance, good sir.

i traded antoine for lebron james in nba 2k4
that worked out well. ricky davis also averages 45 points a game though.

i just traded everyone on the knicks who isnt Trade Restricted and Starbury for the Pistons starting lineup

Yeah they did that in an article. The entire Knicks roster for the Pistons starting 5, and they had a funny fake quote from Nate Robinson on it. I need that article cause that quote rocked.

the way the NBA and their Collective Bargaining agreement is structured, trades are very difficult to pull off. you have to essentially match salaries, so whatever money you ship out has to come back, which is the purpose of the trade checker. it only is used to see if a trade would fit all criteria and be approved, not whether or not it is a good trade. its actually very helpful in seeing what you can get from another team for a player or players.
