* solid singer with a good ear - the ability to sing is a must as you will be asked to sing a good amount of harmonies.
* professional equipment
* touring experience - we will be touring A LOT this year and we want to make sure that you enjoy being on the road
* full time availability
* hard working and dedicated
* if you aren't from Massachusetts, you'd have to be willing relocate to Boston!
