Age 18-22. Songwriting/singing is a plus, of course. The three songwriters we have know give us a wide variety of influences from the indie rock scene (mewithoutYou, Machester Orchestra, Neutral Milk Hotel, Dirty Projectors)and pop-punk scene (Jimmy Eat World, Say Anything, Weatherbox, The Matches). Must have good gear, good taste in music, and good ethics.
