I saw that. I am pro-choice myself. And anyone who reads the book Freakonomics can see that it has helped society.

A direct attack on Roe v. Wade is coming from the South Dakota legislature. The new bill, which outlaws abortion, makes no exceptions, not for a pregnancy caused by incest or rape. It would only be legal—the only exception if it would save the pregnant woman's life.
The could have worded that better.

it wont pass. these radical idiots need to understand the concept of COMPROMISE. no bill that doesn't allow raped women to have abortions will ever pass.

I agree. That's the problem with people these days. There's no middle ground and there's no new ideas at all.

and anyone who takes a "theory" for fact because it's supporitve of their beliefs should reevaluate what they're saying.

As long as the citizens support this, then good for the republicans and democrats (all four of them) of the South Dakota Legislature. The best way to fight a bad ruling is to confront it head on.

this doesn't surprise me. south dakota is a breeding ground for ignorance. to say that raped women are no longer allowed to get an abortion....south dakota though, no surprise. but this is only just an inconvenience to south dakotans cause they could just drive to the closest state and get an abortion.

roe vs wade will soon enough be attacked by the supreme court because of its rather shady ways of being instituted as a law.
im a pro-life person myself.

a party that isn't following up on any of their promises is challenging a law that happens to be a hot button issue to their hard core supporters? unthinkable.
sarcasm aside i'm more pro life then i am pro choice myself.

I never said that it was a fact, but people take theories as fact all the time, religion perhaps hmm? Its definately something to look at and there is a correlation.
