He was wasted @ The Tiki Bar in Islamorada, Florida. My roomate has video of him dancing with some like 25 yr old chick. It was the funniest thing ever. Sean Salisbury was also wasted along with a few nfl players. Albert Haynesworth and I think either Troy Fleming or Ryan Fletcher. I forget what they said. Elway was fucking bombed though and it was hilarious! Real nice guy when he's drunk haha. They were all there for the Cigarette boat race. One of the nfl players had a boat in it.
