they post a time in which they'll be chatting...but i have no clue how to go and chat..

Something will be posted on the home page. Just go there when it's time.

Yeah, you know have on the main page they have pieces of news and you click "Read Comments' or something along that line? When it's time for the chat, a news article will be posted saying 'Hayley Chat' or something and the chat actually takes place within the comments. So leave a question, post it, and keep hitting the refresh button to see if she answered it.

Okay, hope that helps, I thought I went into pretty good detail there ha.
