I don't get the Seahawks thing. I get the whining, but the punch line doesn't make any sense. Seattle has a rampant fan base in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho because it's the only NFL team around. I guess that's the east coast media trying to be funny? If that's not east coast bias...I don't know what is. Sorry.

He is most likely referring to the Superbowl where it seemed like the only team that had fans was Pittsburgh. You're right though it was kinda stupid. I liked the rest of the article, he doesn't compare to simmons though.

this guy is only mildly amusing, nothing funny enough to pass on to anyone else.

simmons is waaaaay funnier.

Correct answer: Trick question. The Patriots always feel disrespected
haha, that one was pretty well set-up

and
46. An Arizona Cardinals player intercepts a pass 4 yards into the end zone and runs it back for a touchdown. How long is the return?

(d) this particular scenario would never occur with an Arizona Cardinals player.

and as an afterthough of the article, I always love Bode jokes, and this one wasn't half bad
As for Bode Miller, I seriously doubt he'll compete in the Olympics again. At some point, he'll figure out that it's a lot easier to get drunk and not win medals if you don't have to show up to "compete" in events every few days.

joke ( P ) Pronunciation Key (jk)
n.
Something said or done to evoke laughter or amusement, especially an amusing story with a punch line.
A mischievous trick; a prank.

Informal.
Something not to be taken seriously; a triviality: The accident was no joke.
An object of amusement or laughter; a laughingstock: His loud tie was the joke of the office.

this is runner up to the seahawks comment:
48. Chiefs return man Dante Hall catches a punt at his own 10-yard line and runs 74 yards. Where does he end up?

Correct answer: Hypothetically, at the opponent's 16-yard line. But it's Hall, so there is no way to know because most of those yards probably came from him running side to side and around and around in circles for no apparent reason. Who knows -- he probably netted negative yards. And he maybe even got tackled in his own end zone for a safety.)

unfunny

adj : not funny; especially failing to achieve the intended humor; "a very unfunny joke"

It's not even remotely close to funny. I just don't understand it. A joke like this should point out the obvious, or make a mockery of something that sports fans can relate to. Joking about things that have some truth to them are funny. This is not. You think you're real hot shit, don't you?

douche
a word to describe an individual who has shown themself to be very brainless in one way or another, thus comparing them to the cleansing product for vaginas. ex: Warallthetime is giant douche who fails miserably at being funny.

Shut up man, trying to defend your age and non-jr high status really isnt tough or anything when you are arguing with college students - its irrelevant.

Also the jokes not funny... if the punchline was something that was true and people talk about, maybe.
When has there been any mention that Seattle has a small fan base? Never.
