I have a rare Fall Out Boy "Take This To Your Grave" vinyl record I'm trying to sell. It is marbled green and black from about 2004 I think. It has these cards with it with info about each guy on them and a photo on the other side. Please contact me if you are interested. My email is piaffeprincess86@yahoo.com.

I'm curious to see how much the early pressings go for now that it's been rereleased.

I can't even remember how much I paid for it. I'm asking $40.00. It's on Ebay right now.

that price, PLUS 8$ shipping, is out-fucking-rageous. do a quick e-bay search: there's other unopened, brand spankin' new "TTYG" vinyl for a buy-it-now price of less than 18 dollars with only 4 dollars shipping.

I'll give you ten bucks.

out of line.

the one she listed in an OG press. which before the re-press went for between $100-150, and will probably still go for around that now. definitely more than $40, they only thing that might scare people off is that she has no feedback and just joined so she could list this. also, these never came sealed.

yeah I guess you're right. I didn't think about the fact of the re-release though the thought did come to my mind when the other one's didn't have the little cardboard inserts. I apologize for my hasty little outburst there, then, ms. piaffe princess.

in other news, I would absolutely love to have this vinyl so subconsciously I was trying to convince her to heed my word and sell it to me for 10 dollars. but I could also live with not spending an additionally 60-80-100$ just for the original release that is already opened and only perk is has cardboard inserts and just the fact that, well, it's the original release. guess it just depends on how dedicated you are to vinyl and to fall out boy.

You're a pretty good hassler.

Ok, I've never sold vinyl before, so I just thought that was a reasonable price. I think I paid maybe $20 for it a few years ago. I consider it a collectable item now, so I thought the price was reasonable. I think $8.00 is about right for shipping, especially since it's a fragile item. I've sold books on Amazon where I've had to pay more for shipping them than the item is worth.

I had an Ebay account awhile ago, but recently signed up again. I haven't used it in years. Every Ebay user has to start somewhere. I use Amazon, but since this item is not listed on Amazon, I had to use Ebay. I have plenty of feedback on Amazon.

I've had this record sitting around for awhile. I'm not really a fan anymore and it's taking up space, so I listed it!

$8 shipping is really high, even for priority. records qualify for media mail, which is $3 max. packing supplies don't cost $3 or $4.

and i fail to see how i'm a hassler. but i guess when you're 16 you think you're opinion is valid and always right. i personally wouldn't start it that high, but it will sell for that if not more.

Oh I see. Well I just used the Ebay shipping calculator and estimated the weight. If it doesn't sell, I'll change it when I relist it. Whoops, I just realized I quoted someone on accident. Sorry BryterJonah, I'll change that. It wasn't directed at you personally.

that was all aimed to help you. a lot of people look at the shipping price and decide there and then if they will or will not bid. majority of record collectors know how much shipping should be, and unless it's their white whale, will not bid or buy stuff with high shipping prices.

I was being sarcastic. Like, how when most would rip the guy off, you're making him realize his price is a steal.

No harm intended.
